Frustration.

Hii everyone! I am back with another blog and today's blog is about frustration.
Frustation is a common emotional response to opposition, related to anger, annoyance and disappointment.
Frustration is common in today's generation.Even the teenagers can feel frustration. Signs of frustration-
1.Losing your temper.
2.Giving up,leaving.
3.Feeling sad or anxious.etc.
Overcoming frustration and anger
1.Talking with someone you trust.Talking may help  you become more clear about what you are feeling.
2.Making changes to help reduce ur frustration and anger.
